Can you add a link to an email postcard that will take the customer to the web portal so they can order gas?

Open Utility Menu > Ebilling Setup > Postcard settings. The postcard itself will be in just basic format:

Make sure to click the Enable Pay Now Option to add the link to the web portal gas order and payment option. Note you must have the Company Id set up in the Ebill settings.
