Errors after post

  • Errors will show up on the Sales Journal you print at posting time.
  • The error code and the reason for error is listed right under the transaction,
  • You can then enter DATA ENTRY and click on OPEN LIMBO FILE to access the limbo transactions.
  • After the appropriate corrections are made, you can TRANSACTION TRANSFER and say YES to include limbo (leave all white boxes empty unless transferring more WS ID keyed in work.
  • This will move the LIMBO into posting.

***NOTE*** Once Limbo is Transferred it can no loger be EDITED. If the Transactions DO NOT clear when you journal and post, they will be re-submitted as a new limbo file. Where you can access it in Data Entry AFTER posting completes.
