Below are listed the most common codes
Response Code 0 – Approved
Response Code 5- Invalid Merchant Information: Call Suburban @ 1-800-481-4440 or Paragon @ 1-800-884-5208
Response Code 12– Decline: This code is issued by the bank. Have the customer call the issuing bank.
Response Code 14: Transaction not Supported: Most of the time this has to do with a prepaid or debit card being used that is not supported by the gateway. You can sometimes get this response if the card information has been entered in wrong.
Duplicate Transaction: Transaction can not be completed because another transaction has taken place with the same amount on the same card within a 24 hour time period at your location.
Invalid CVV: Have customer check the 3 digit cvv code on the back of the card.
