How do I set up email settings for credit card receipts?

Email settings must be set up in the Company Email Settings, which is located in the Utility Menu.

These settings are different from EBill settings, however, you may use the same information. This must be set up to email receipts. Contact your email provider to help set up this information if needed. See Example below:

Once these settings have been changed you will need to make sure the box beside the Email Customer is checked when you run the credit card. This is found on the individual cc charge screen as well as the cc terminal screen in Suburban.
