1. Go to F4 Select Customers:
2. Type in Customer Name Field the 3 digit company ID. Then Press F8 (Find):
3. The first screen will have a different set of options. Skip this screen and press F6 Next Page in the bottom right corner. These settings do not pertain the price screen and manipulation could cause PPS to not function properly.
4. Press F6 again and skip this page of options. They do not pertain to the price screen.
5. On the third configuration screen look at the right column. There are 2 options for Price.
a. SkipPrice Screen (Y/N) Y= Yes to skip price screen entirely. (not recommended)
* Driver cannot change product or price and screen skips to Delivery Screen
b. Lock Delivery Price (Y/N) Y = Yes to lock the price field on the Price Screen.
* Driver still has the option to change products, but CANNOT change the price
**NOTE** For most situations only the “Lock Delivery Price” = Y is all that is needed. Skip Price Screen can be set to “N”.
Once the setting is changed press F3 Cancel Main Menu. The Price Field is now locked.
