How to print a report that shows how many residential gallons were sold last year.

Go to the Management Report Menu and click on Transaction Report Generator

Run it for the whole year, 01/2016 – 12/2016 as SUMMARY, and on-screen #2 fill in the product code to run as the RESIDENTIAL GAS code and this will give you annual totals for that product code.
