I cannot print from my cloud session

  • Is this a new printer that was just set up. If so, click on the LOG OFF RDC button on the gas menu and disconnect from all sessions. This will reset your connection to the cloud and will allow it to see changes made on your local computer.

  • Print Drivers must match on your local computer and the server. Contact Suburban and we will jump on and download the correct drivers for your printers.
  • Click on the Printer icon located at the bottom of a menu screen:
  • Click on Start all printers
