There is a limited amount of troubleshooting we can do if you cannot print from Windows. Generally if you can’t print from Windows you will not be able to print from Suburban. If that is the case you may need to contact a local technician to take a look.
- Check to see if it is just your computer or everyones that is connected to the printer that is having problems. It could be network related
- If it is a network/wireless printer, check to see that your printer is connected to the internet. You may also need to check the IP address on the printer as these sometimes change.
- Check to see if your computer has done any Windows Updates lately. Some updates are not alway compatable with the printers.
