- Check the emulation on the printer and make sure it is set to IBM-P (check the printer manual that came witht the printer or most printers have manuals you can download online.)
- Check the cables to the computer and make sure they are secure. If you are using a USB converter cable, you may run into issues as these older printers do not always work with a usb cable.
- Check the driver for the printer. We typically use a Generic Text driver for Oki’s
- Check that you are choosing the correct Printer ID when printing from Suburban.
