I have identified many customers where price class needs to be adjusted. Is there a way to do a mass update or would this be a line-item by line-item change?

Unfortunately, we do not have a global change for price classes. It would need to be adjusted account by account. You can run the Customer Report Generator with that code/class so that you can go through and change them to what you need.
