I keep getting disconnected from the cloud

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Check to make sure that no one else logging on to the cloud with your username. Cloud Logins are unique to each workstation. If you are trying to log into another workstation using your credentials you will be disconnected from your first connection. To keep this from happening contact Suburban about adding another user license
  • Make sure your logging in with the correct username and password. If you are unsure Contact Suburban and we will jump in and take a look
