In the customer report generator, which is found in the management menu, you should have an option in the last screen to select etm records.
Select the vendor you use from the list and it should print a list of the customers with that type of monitor on their account. You may want to VW (view) it before sending it to print – just to be sure it’s what you’re looking for.
