The LCR II register was locked up from the previous delivery.
Have the driver put the register in the “Print” position and then the “Stop” position
Pull up the customer, put in a new ticket, and then put the register in the “Start” position.
That will clear the last delivery and open the solenoid valve on the LCR II.
Make sure the drivers are putting the register in the “Stop” position after every delivery.
Leaving the register in the “Run” position from delivery to delivery will work, but sometimes the previous delivery does not close out on the LCR II and it will cause the register to keep the valve closed thus resulting in a lock-up.
Again, Make sure the drivers are putting the register in the “Stop” position after every delivery.
