Option 1:
On the Bank and Credit Card Menu choose Display CC Receipts or Reports
Click on the Reset Button {R} located at the bottom of the screen
A pop-up message will ask you do you want to reset the printer. Click Yes to Continue.
Double Click any receipt from the list and click Print.
A print box will pop up with all of the available printers. Choose which printer you want and click print again.
Option 2:
Go to the Individual credit card screen from the Bank and Credit Card Menu or Customer Inquiry.
Click on the {R} button by the Print Receipt Option
Click yes to continue when you get the pop-up message:
Then choose which printer you want to print the receipt to.
