My printer is printing double-sided from Suburban

Make sure you have dual printing turned off on the printer as well as in printer preferences in Windows

We may need to check the driver.

If you are on the cloud or RDP session, the drivers must match exactly on your local computer as well as the server. Contact Suburban and we will need to get on your local computer as well as the server.
