My statements are not aligned or look off.

  • Check the printer type. If you are using an Oki or dotmatrik printer You should choose the Printer ID assigned to the OKI. If you are using a Laser Printer choose the Printer ID assigned to Laser Statements
  • Contact Suburban @ 1-800-481-4440 or sssupport@suburbansoftware.com and we will check your Print Driver to make sure it is correct.
