Call Suburban to let them know what the exact message is. Some examples are:
- Comport Errors
- IP address is incorrect
- ACK errors
Troubleshooting:
- Check connection to internet-If the internet was disconnected or power went out the IP may have changed. To keep this from happening you may want to get with your Internet Provider and see if a Static IP is a good option
- Check that the cables are secure and in place on terminal, router and computer (if needed)
