Payments are not showing up on the gateway for my branch.

Many companies have multiple branches. If a company only has one gateway then this is generally not an issue. However, if you can not locate a charge on the gateway contact Suburban and we will investigate. When a company has separate gateways for each branch the payment will show up on the branch gateway not the main account. Call Suburban @ 1-800-481-4440 if you are unsure where to look on the gateway.
