The TSP100 is a thermal printer and will only work with thermal paper. Check that the thermal receipt paper is going in the right direction. It may need to be turned over.
The TSP100 is a network printer. Check that the printer is connected to the Wifi or Network. If there has been a recent power or internet outage it could be the IP Address has changed and just needs to updated in the computer.
If it still will not print, call Suburban and we will check that the correct driver is installed for the printer.
